No Right of Withdrawal for Personalized Products

In accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), a right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are personalized or custom-made based on the customer’s specifications.

What this means for you:

  • The order is binding upon conclusion of the contract.
  • Returns or cancellations are excluded once production of the figurine has started.
