  • We offer 100% free standard shipping for all orders within Germany.
  • The delivery time for standard shipping is 3-4 weeks.
  • Important: Any changes made during the revision phase will extend the delivery time by up to 5 days.

Express Shipping

  • For customers who wish to receive their products faster, we offer express shipping.
  • The cost for express shipping is €9.99 within Germany.
  • The delivery time for express shipping is 2-3 weeks.
  • Note: No previews or changes are possible with express shipping.

Return Policy / Returns

In accordance with EU consumer law, we would like to point out that:

  • Our products are individually and custom-made specifically for you.
  • As these are personalized and custom-made products, we do not accept returns or refunds.
  • Returns are therefore excluded under § 312g Abs. 2 No. 1 BGB. This applies to contracts for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
